What is Keyword Research?
Keyword research is a fundamental part of online marketing of all kinds, and it goes way beyond search engine optimization. If you care to know more about marketing read: beginners guide on digital marketing. Keywords are like a compass for your SEO campaigns: they tell you where to go and whether or not you’re making progress.
Keyword is the main factor to consider when working on your SEO, when I first started blogging the main factor I face was keyword for blogging which I had no idea about and because of that weak point of mine I had to start a new blog again but this time I made two factors which where my problem the first time when I was new to blogging and applied a new strategy to attack it.. but I won’t be going into details on that let me skip that for now..
There are many tools available that can help you figure out which keywords work the best for your overall web strategy. There are mostly two types of Keyword research tool:
Basic Keyword research: Use the seed Keyword to find profitable Keywords
Competitor based Keyword research: Find proven keywords which are helping other sites to drive traffic.
Most people find Competitor based Keyword research to be more effective as the purpose of the Keyword research is to find profitable Keywords. What could be more profitable than something which is already working for someone?
In keywords, there are old keywords and new keywords as keywords get old its either you re-evaluate. high volume, competitive keywords (for “head” keyword, as opposed to long-tailed keywords) can often be usually replaced or augmented with longer, more specific phrases designed not to bring in just any visitor but exactly the right visitors.
It’s a keyword in the keyword world. You’re not just going to stand out if you find yourself using the same keywords as your competitors. Not only should you try new keyword search tools and keep track of the results, but you should feel free to experiment based on your own research
