  2. After downloading and installing the application on your Smartphone, open the application
  3. Now, tap on the sign-up button at the top of the screen
  4. You will now be asked to select your country. Tap on “Nigeria”
  5. Next, you will provide your mobile number. Make sure you put in an active phone number because a code will be sent to the mobile number you’ve provided. You’ll then input the code sent into the box provided
  6. Now, you will be asked to fill a form containing information like your Legal first and last name, then you’ll fill in a pin for your PalmPay account and then verify your pin.
  7. In the box provided where you’re to input a verification code, put in “qbnw” and you’ll be given a cash bonus once your account is verified.

Verifying a PalmPay account

For you to verify your PalmPay account successfully, you will need to provide a means of identification that matches the legal first name and last name that you provided while filling the form to create your PalmPay account above.

You will click on your profile and verify your account using your National Identification Number (NIN) Slip or you can also just connect your bank account to your PalmPay account and verify your bank account using your Bank Verification Number (BVN) to verify your account.

How To Convert Airtime to Cash using PalmPay

For you to convert your airtime to cash using PalmPay:

  1. Go to your PalmPay dashboard
  2. Tap on the icon that has “Airtime” written below it
  3. Now, looking downwards, you will see an option that says “Recharge2Cash”. Tap on it.
  4. Select your network provider (MTN, 9Mobile, Airtel, Glo) and then type in your mobile number in the box provided above. Once you’re done, tap on “GO”
  5. Tap on the amount of airtime you wish to sell or type the amount of airtime you want to convert to cash in the box provided.
  6. Tap on the “Sell” button to complete your order.
  7. Finally, you will be asked to type in the pin number you use to transfer airtime. Input your pin and then your order will be completed successfully.

In less than five minutes, your cash will be credited to your PalmPay account. To send your cash directly to your bank account, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your PalmPay dashboard
  2. Tap on the icon that has “To Bank” written below it
  3. Type in your account number in the box provided and then select your bank. Then, tap on “Next”
  4. Tap on “Confirm” to verify that the details you have provided are accurate
  5. Now, type in the amount you would like to send to your bank account and then tap on “Next”
  6. You can now tap on “Pay” to send the money in your PalmPay account directly to your bank account.
