Hello Comrades! This short article, as the title suggests will focus on how to edit WhatsApp messages on both iOS and Android devices following the recent beta updates set to be launched by WhatsApp for both devices.
The sole purpose of this update is to allow users to be able to edit messages that have been sent on WhatsApp but this feature also comes with some limitations. One of these is that you can only edit messages that have been sent after fifteen (15) minutes.
After the 15-minute window has closed, the option to edit messages will be removed from such a message and you wouldn’t be able to edit it anymore you may need to delete the message and resend it if you have to.
This feature to be released on the iOS Beta version 23.4.0.72 and Android Beta version 2.22.22.14 is a very important feature for WhatsApp users and has been one of those features that have been constantly requested by its users after its Rival – Telegram rolled out the feature a few years back. iMessage is also another messaging application that has this feature rolled out for its users.
