Right away, the Itel P55 5G surprises with a stylish design belying its affordability. The glossy back cover with geometric line patterns resists ugly fingerprints too. Available color options include Galaxy Blue and Mint Green. Despite having a sizable 6.6-inch display, the phone remains fairly lightweight at 190g for comfortable portability.
The HD+ screen resolution delivers decent sharpness, while the 90Hz refresh rate keeps scrolling and transitions smooth. Just note the display lacks auto-brightness for easily adapting to different lighting conditions. There’s also a small waterdrop notch front-facing camera.
Cameras
A dual-camera 50MP + depth sensor handle primary photography duties. Pictures look vibrant in optimal daylight, though dynamic range could be better. The 8MP selfie camera also produces nice social media-ready snaps when lighting permits. Edge detection in portrait mode needs some improvement however.
